Snack Attack!
Hi, tonight for pudding I ate an organic whole grain rice cake with Jim Jams chocolate spread that I talked in my other blog on half and smooth almond butter which has no palm oil and all in on the other half.

Breakfast
Breakfast this morning I had flower-shaped bread with Jim Jams chocolate spread with no palm oil except for sustainable palm oil witch is better and 83% less sugar!!! With that I had rice-crispies cereal with organic cow milk and a drink of rooibos tea (red bush tea) . #Yum

Dinner this evening
My Mum made me (fact)𤣠a slice of rye and sourdough bread fried in coconut oil with flower-shaped eggs. Along with, a small salad of tomato, spinach and cucumber with cauliflower cheese and my favourite naked sausages!!! To drink I had a glass of water.
